We offer a selection of tank wines from Slovak vineyards, as well as quality bottles from both local and international winemakers. Tank & wine by the glass
At šum, you’ll find honest tank wine straight from Slovak winemakers like Orechová, Skovajsa, Zápražný and more. In addition to our tank selection, we also offer a wide range of bottled and natural wines. Enjoy your wine with us or take it home with you – whether it’s bottled tank wine or any bottle of your choice from our wine list.
Wine pairing specials
At šum we prepare our own butters, spreads, ferments and bake our own homemade bread – all with a focus on honest, fresh ingredients and flavours that beautifully complement every glass of wine. Our Slovak cheese comes from the Východná farm, traditional delicacies are sourced from the producer U Ňaňa and our Italian cheese and olives are delivered by De Italia.
